TERMS of OFFER

  • Promoter is Nestlé Australia Ltd (ABN 77 000 011 316) of 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138.

  • The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who comply with the requirements of these Terms of Offer. Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, any company acting as a service provider for the Promoter and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this Offer.

  • NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO machines participating in this Offer are all of NESCAFE DOLCE GUSTO coffee machines bought in store or online ("Participating Product") .

  • The offer is: Buy any NESCAFE DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine in store or online and get a personalised tin of coffee capsules.

  • Retailers participating in this Offer are all retailers in Australia only ("Participating Retailer").

  • To claim the Offer:

    • Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer between 1 April 2019 and 31 May 2019 ("Eligible Purchase") and retain receipt;

    • Go to www.dolce-gusto.com.au, register your machine and personal information follow the prompts to redeem your gift (note the personalisation text must be between 1-8 characters);

    • The claim process must be completed no later than 11.59pm ("AEDT") on 31 May 2019;

    • Following a process of verification, the claimant will receive an email confirming the claim. Please allow 5 business days for processing;

    • The claimant will receive, at their selected address, a personalised metal tin filled with a random selection of 16 capsules.

  • This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.

  • One (1) claim permitted per Eligible Purchase.

  • First 2,000 claims will receive this gift.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Claimants must retain their receipt which must show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of sale.
